All cancellations are effective immediately. Be sure you are ready to cancel BEFORE cancelling, you will lose access to the besties lounge at the time of cancellation.

No refunds will be issued for any unused portions of your membership.

If you decide to restart your membership, it will charge you again and reset your start date.
